Our Family

Meet our family and your new neighbors. With blood, sweat, and only a few tears we have had the pleasure of revitalizing one of Dublin's oldest, if not the oldest, original buildings. We have taken great pride in the work we have done alongside our build team to help maintain the historic integrity of the log cabin, and have an equally present and hands-on approach to the day to day functions of The Apothecary Bourbon & Cigar. If you don't see us at the bar, you will likely see us roaming around Dublin!

Jennifer Kuo

Jennifer Kuo grew up in the central Ohio area having graduated from The Ohio State University. The Apothecary name sake, while it serves as homage to the pharmacy that once resided in the building, it is also a hat tip to the 25-year-long profession Jennifer has worked in the pharmacy healthcare field. As a proud resident of Dublin, Jennifer has taken extreme pride in having the opportunity to revitalize a historic piece of Dublin.

Todd Corwin

Todd Corwin grew up in central Ohio and has been running a family flooring and remodeling business with his father that was started as a humble carpet cleaning business in the 1970s. With a passion for history, Todd was most excited to take on this project with his wife, Jennifer Kuo, and brother, Mark Corwin where he could use his meticulous carpentry skills to help rehabilitate the historic log cabin structure.
