Locker Rental Terms & Conditions

Apothecary Bourbon & Cigar Lounge is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products kept in our lockers.  Automatic payments will be pulled from credit card on file at subscription intervals selected.   There is a 30 day grace period for any failed payments for costumers to bring payment up to current; should subscription not be made current within 30 days, the locker will be forfeited along with any contents left inside.  

The use of lockers is restricted to storage of cigars, cigar paraphernalia, or spirits purchased by the bottle for on-site consumption.  Spirits brought in from outside is strictly prohibited.  Once bottles leave the premise, they cannot be brought back in to be stored on-site. Any storage of illegal products will result in immediate forfeiture of locker rental with no refunds. We reserve the right to enter lockers as needed; notice of entrance will be provided within 24 hours of access.

You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle by contacting us or canceling yourself through your member account.

Locker keys are not to be duplicated. A $30 fee will be charged for lost keys.
