Cancellation Policy
Please contact us within 7 days of your event if you need to cancel for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will be given a 50% refund or given the option to rebook for a different date. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with notice; patrons will receive a full refund or option to rebook on a different day/time. The rental agreement is as follows: Use of the venue space during the designated rental period includes full access of space and equipment [Chairs, tables, restrooms, parking, kitchen access for catered events] Anything beyond this must be approved in writing. Renter agrees to leave the venue clean and in good condition; Be responsible for any damage caused during the event; Follow all rules posted or provided by the venue; Make sure all guests follow local laws (like no underage drinking) The venue is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.; The renter may be required to provide event insurance or sign a waiver. Food & drinks are additional charges Noise: All music must end by 9 PM; respect local noise ordinances
